Capelle aan den IJssel, 9 January 2018 – On 8 December 2017 Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM) received its ISAE3402 Type II Report, with which DMPM offers its investors a solid framework substantiating the management of its financial, operational and ICT processes.
As of August 31, 2017, Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management has been appointed as portfolio manager for Elan Woninghypotheken B.V. and EDML 2017-1 B.V. With this, DMPM is once again in collaboration with a strong partner.
Since 2011, a number of major shifts took place among providers in the Dutch mortgage market. During this period, for instance, the percentage of mortgage loans issued by the country’s three major banks (ING, Rabobank and ABN Amro) decreased from some 70% to around 50%.
Quion improves its Fitch rating for special servicing from RSS2 to RSS2+. With a rating of RSS2, Quion already had the highest rating in the Netherlands. Fitch has upgraded Quion’s rating again – to RSS2+ - for its stable and well-developed and well-implemented Risk Management Framework.
