    New mortgage label HollandWoont

    Capelle aan den IJssel, 2 September 2019 - From 3 September onwards HollandWoont will be the new player to watch in the Dutch mortgage market. HollandWoont is entering the market for Dutch nationals who are eligible for the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG, Nationale Hypotheek Garantie) and are looking for a good price and customer friendly conditions. By putting the customer first, HollandWoont claims to be the NHG provider in the Netherlands. Conneqt is joining forces with DMPM (Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management) for this new mortgage label.

It is a product which is aimed at a broad target group and which accommodates consumers’ changing residential requirements as far as possible during its term.

    Quion improves its Fitch rating for special servicing from RSS2 to RSS2+. With a rating of RSS2, Quion already had the highest rating in the Netherlands. Fitch has upgraded Quion’s rating again – to RSS2+ - for its stable and well-developed and well-implemented Risk Management Framework.
