Fifth securitisation of Elan woninghypotheken B.V.
On 13 December 2019, the EDML 2019-1 securitisation transaction was successfully completed. DMPM acts as portfolio manager on this fifth securitisation of Elan Woninghypotheken B.V.
On the closing date the mortgage portfolio of EDML 2019-1 included € 200 million of Dutch residential mortgages. During the first half of 2020, the portfolio may grow with an additional € 150 million of mortgages. EDML 2019-1 has been well received on the capital markets.
