First securitisation of Hollandwoont Mortgages in 2021
On 26 January 2021, the Bastion 2021-1 NHG securitisation transaction was successfully completed by MeDirect Bank.
The portfolio includes € 414 million of Dutch residential mortgages originated by HollandWoont. Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM) congratulates MeDirect Bank with the successful securitisation of its HollandWoont portfolio.
HollandWoont is established by DMPM as a platform to originate on behalf of investors Dutch residential mortgages that benefit from the Dutch Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG).
DMPM acts as director of HollandWoont and Portfolio Manager. HollandWoont mortgages are distributed through Conneqt Mortgage Distribution (Conneqt) and the underwriting and servicing of the mortgages is undertaken by Quion (Quion).
