About Raoul

Raoul started his career as internal legal counsel at ING where he among others advised on the legal framework for the equity derivatives desk and debt capital markets desk with a special focus on the issuance of structured notes. In 2005 Raoul moved to Robeco as a Senior Product Manager for Robeco Alternative Investments, part of Robeco Group, the largest Dutch asset manager. In this role he set up various investment funds and worked on the issuance of structured notes. After five years with Robeco, Raoul started working for Intertrust Capital markets where he headed the transaction team. At Intertrust his main responsibility was the set-up of securitisation, covered bond and other structured finance transactions and he worked on the vast majority of Dutch RMBS transactions.

Raoul holds an economics and law degree of the Utrecht University and finished the post graduate securities law education of Grotius Academy.
