Schalko Deddens appointed as portfolio manager at DMPM
Schalko Deddens has been appointed as a portfolio manager at Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM). In this role, he will primarily serve international investors who actively invest in Dutch residential mortgages distributed through various labels, including IQWOON Hypotheken, Robuust Hypotheken, HollandWoont and Clarian Wonen.
Schalko has worked – on an interim basis or otherwise – for NIBC, GMAC RFC, ATC Corporate Services, ING, and Quion. In doing so, he has gained very broad and relevant experience in areas such as securitization transactions, valuation and pricing models, and funding allocation.
