Sixth securitisation of Elan Woninghypotheken B.V.
On October 29 2021, the EDML 2021-1 securitisation transaction was successfully completed. DMPM acts as portfolio manager on this sixth securitisation of Elan Woninghypotheken B.V.
On the closing date the mortgage portfolio of EDML 2021-1 included € 518,7 million of Dutch residential mortgages. The portfolio is a combination of mortgages repurchased from DCML 2016-1 and EDML 2018-2 plus a portion of the back book of ELAN Woninghypotheken. EDML 2021-1 has been well received in the capital markets.
