Eric Rood appointed as portfolio manager at DMPM
Eric Rood has been appointed as portfolio manager at Dutch Mortgage Portfolio Management (DMPM). In this role Eric will serve (international) investors who are actively investing in Dutch residential mortgages. These mortgages are distributed through various successful labels such as IQWOON, Robuust, HollandWoont, Hypotrust Vrij Leven and Clarian Wonen.
Eric has previously worked in various roles within the mortgage industry and has broad knowledge and experience within this domain. Eric says about his move to DMPM: “The fact that DMPM has grown into a major player in the mortgage market in the past 5 years with a portfolio size of more than EUR 10 billion is an unprecedented success story”. DMPM offers a bridge between investors and consumers and has been growing strongly since its launch in 2016 thanks to the successful onboarding of several international investors.
